He took time to answer my questions and made sure I understood his response to them all. I received a lot of info & felt like he really wanted me to be well informed. 2. He was not overly money hungry as I was discouraged from purchasing services that were likely unnecessary for my situation. 3. James was real friendly & made me feel like my questions were important.
